Keep the service department clean and organized by sweeping floors, emptying trash, cleaning wash bays and drains, and maintaining spill kits. Return specialty tools to proper locations, report damage, and dispose of scrap metal while recording waste-oil tank levels. Wash and clean trucks and trailers for PDI, fuel top off fluids, and perform snow removal including shoveling and salt application. Run local errands and parts runs, and serve as a shuttle driver for customers when assigned. Assist technicians with basic tasks under supervision while following all safety procedures and completing simple logs.
