Job Summary
Shop Helper supporting appliance testing and minor repairs. Responsibilities include testing appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.) to ensure proper functionality, diagnosing basic issues and completing minor repairs, cleaning and preparing appliances for resale, loading/unloading appliances in the shop, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role requires hands-on involvement, attention to detail, basic mechanical/technical skills, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, reliability, and a willingness to learn appliance repair skills. Cometitive pay based on experience with hands-on training and steady, fast-paced work in the appliance industry.
Required Qualifications

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Previous appliance or repair experience is a plus, but not required
