Job Summary
Operate, maintain, and execute shop duties including assembly, disassembly, and pressure testing of Bottom Hole Assemblies (BHA). Perform routine housekeeping, manage inventory through picking and sorting, and handle shipping, receiving, and loading equipment for transportation. Operate company vehicles for Hot Shot trips and ensure quality control on products entering or leaving the facility. Complete office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and tracking BHA usage while maintaining records of components, usage, and write-offs. Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Physical capability to safely lift, bend and twist carrying heavy material up to 50 lbs.
- Skilled in using basic hand, power, and air-actuated tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to make frequent, complex decisions and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with highly developed interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Occasional weekend availability
