Job Summary
Maintain shop equipment, inventory tools and PPE, and ensure daily cleanup and recycling. Support the finish department by repairing minor defects, applying finishes, wrapping doors for shipping, and assisting with loading. Build custom wood crates for shipments using saws and nail guns, perform final product inspections, and report any damage. Handle weekly vendor pickups and occasional customer deliveries with a valid driver's license. Work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:45 PM. RealCraft is a family-owned manufacturer dedicated to handcrafted doors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with basic hand tools and woodworking equipment (nail guns, saws, drills, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
- Valid driver's license and clean record for deliveries and vendor runs
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, kneeling, and stand for long periods
