Job Summary
Lead and supervise Service Technicians to maintain and repair a variety of construction and rental equipment. Coordinate the activities of technicians, train personnel when necessary, and ensure safe maintenance and repair of equipment. Diagnose and supervise repairs to maximize efficiency, maintain complete work orders and documentation, and travel to customer job sites as needed. Maintain the service vehicle and uphold strong customer service and teamwork to support a profitable location and potential advancement into supervisory roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record
- 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills for a variety of systems
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
