Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment safely, conducting failure analysis and rebuilding components. Complete complex work orders with proper coding for condition, cause, and correction, including warranty return tags. Oversee mechanics by assigning workloads, ordering parts, and ensuring scheduled jobs have necessary supplies. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while reporting housekeeping opportunities, unsafe practices, and missing tools to management. Comply with all company policies and standards of ethics. Shift runs from 5pm to 2am. Weekly pay and benefits include dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, retirement matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in tractor and trailer inspection and repair
- Technical school degree
- Certification in Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer Maintenance with specialty in Diesel
- Experience in advanced diagnostics
