Shop Foreman

Job Summary
Run an efficient service shop by triaging units within two hours, maintaining case documentation in the Paccar Service Management tool, and ensuring accurate repair plans are communicated to the management team. Oversee job completion including core and parts returns, conduct quality control inspections, and lead meetings with technicians to discuss operations and resolve problems. Monitor each technician's work habits, assist with hiring and training plans, and establish systems to check workmanship standards. Greets customers promptly, provides firm cost and time estimates, handles complaints courteously, and acts as a liaison with factory representatives while maintaining accurate records and warranty part retention.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years working in KWLA or equivalent shop as a tech
- Must display excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have strong work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed
- Employee is required to reach and work overhead approximately 40% of the time
- Employee should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
