Job Summary
Manage onsite vendors, monitor expenses, and maintain safety culture by conducting mock OSHA inspections and promoting safe work habits. Inspect completed repairs to ensure equipment meets DOT and company standards while performing daily operational tasks like estimates and yard checks. Direct staff through staffing, performance management, and annual reviews to ensure goals are met and workflows remain efficient. Schedule inbound equipment and assign work orders to technicians to maximize utilization and meet internal deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
- 1-2 years of which being direct or indirect management experience
- GED
- High School

- Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums
