Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow while following established processes and holding the team accountable. Lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors to help them grow through ongoing training and performance evaluations. Maintain above average customer service scores by assisting guests professionally, retaining current customers, and encouraging repeat business. Collaborate with other departments to accomplish common goals and meet daily operational targets.
