Job Summary
Supervise, motivate, and assist technical staff by billing out work on Repair Orders, dispatching tasks to technicians, and monitoring shop productivity. Coordinate parts orders with the parts department and provide follow-up on work progress while maintaining clean facilities to support fast-paced customer service. Requires 2nd shift availability and experience in an automobile or truck service center supervisory role. Must possess mechanic experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with computers, with CDK (ADP) system knowledge as a plus. Candidates must pass background, criminal records, physical, and drug screening checks.
Required Qualifications
- supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff
- experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role
- Be able to work 2nd shift as required
- Have some experience as a mechanic
- Have excellent communication and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with computers
- Must pass background & criminal records check
- Must pass physical exam
- Must pass drug screen
