Shop Flow Manager

Shop Flow Manager responsible for dispatching and prioritizing repair orders, tracking vehicle status, coordinating with parts, advisors, and management to keep workflow efficient and ensure work is completed in the right order and by the right person. Must be able to identify bottlenecks, follow up with technicians in real time, and maintain urgency, clear communication, and execution. Ideal candidates come from logistics/dispatch, fleet or diesel maintenance shops, manufacturing scheduling, aviation maintenance coordination, or high-volume service environments, and excel at organizing chaos, tracking multiple moving pieces, taking ownership when things fall behind, and communicating directly with a team.
