Job Summary
Paint and detail parts, ship and receive components, and power wash items for delivery to the shop floor. Empties scrap metal containers, picks up and delivers parts for Technicians, and keeps the yard clean, mowed, and organized using 5S principles. Runs power sweepers, cleans and preps machinery for delivery, and maintains equipment like forklifts and paint stations. Loads and unloads equipment, inspects returned rentals for damage, and instructs customers on safe operation. Performs general housekeeping, removes snow, and grades parking lots as needed. Engages in required safety practices and acts as a company ambassador by promoting additional sales.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years customer service experience
- 1+ years machine service/maintenance
- 1+ years machine operating skills
- 1+ years forklift operation
- Basic ability to search for and enter data into a computer
- Ability to type service reports
- Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
- Safety & Product Knowledge
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 60 pounds or more
