Job Summary
Collect and distribute shipments and receivables each morning, then facilitate shipping and receiving by loading and unloading equipment. Compile load lists for events through picking, packing, and shipping all necessary gear. Prepare equipment for loading, perform offloading, and conduct preventative and corrective maintenance. Check in packages, move equipment to appropriate shop locations, and provide transportation for maintenance to off-site sites. Assist with equipment shipments and inventory at designated NEP events, including occasional weekend support and early morning deliveries. This full-time role in Van Nuys, CA, requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Occasional overtime may be required based on show schedules. NEP Group empowers content creators with technology solutions for live production and virtual events.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Must be willing and able to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to seek assistance for anything over 50 lbs.
- Must be willing and able to travel to NEP events on an as needed basis
- High School Diploma
- Technical Degree

- Some experience in a shop environment
- Basic knowledge of equipment handling and inventory management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience Microsoft operating systems and applications
