Job Summary
Move and port vehicles between Service, Recon, Detail, Inventory, vendors, and the dealership. Retrieve and stage vehicles for technicians, receive and organize parts, and maintain clean, organized work areas. Fuel vehicles, handle basic support tasks, and assist technicians with assigned operations. Provide professional shuttle services, safely transport customer vehicles, and manage drop-offs, pickups, and handoffs. Interact with clients to answer questions, direct them to team members, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for return. Identify workflow bottlenecks and communicate concerns to the Service Team. Support both Retail Service and Recon operations while keeping the shop moving efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to provide a valid driver's license
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy automotive shop environment
- Able to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable driving and moving vehicles
- Professional and comfortable interacting with customers
- A team player who enjoys supporting others
- Proactive and able to stay productive without constant direction
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willing to learn automotive shop operations
