Job Summary
Autoplex is seeking an automotive entry level accessory tech to assist senior technicians in installing lift and leveling kits for trucks and AWD vehicles, and to install 12-volt accessories, hitches, bumpers, fender flares, nerf bars, bay liners, tonneau covers and other aftermarket add-ons. The role requires being energetic, teachable, reliable, and willing to grow with the business. Compensation is paid by job via flag rate; open Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with weekends closed.
Required Qualifications
- Detail oriented
- Mechanically inclined
- Practices safety, ownership and respect when working on and around each customer’s vehicle
- Clean and professional appearance
- Ability to orally communicate in English clearly and effectively
- Exercise good judgement
- Interact and relate effectively with those contacted in the course of work; establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow workers; interact effectively with the public/customers
- Takes direction and criticism, and works under direct supervision and coaching
- Reliable individual
