Shop and Field Service Parts Coordinator

Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the branch service department parts logistics to meet internal parts requests for technicians. Duties include updating service job notes, utilizing manufacturers' parts tracking systems, placing orders for factory direct parts, ensuring accuracy of service parts orders, processing returns and warranty parts, managing supplies inventory, and maintaining a clean work area. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work with limited supervision, and experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 5 or more years’ experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry as it relates to parts service coordinating (Komatsu experience preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- 2–4-year degree preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Intellidealer)
- Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions
