Job Summary
Manage assigned department operations by ensuring proper merchandise presentation through ticketing, signing, sizing, and display. Communicate continuously with the Area Merchandiser and collaborate on visual fixtures, layout, and daily shipment placement. Maintain unit control records via inventory checks, fill stock gaps from under or back stock, and promote charge accounts and gift card sales. Act as a sales or cashier when needed, prevent shoplifting by reporting dishonesty to security, and motivate staff for high productivity. Uphold all company policies while delivering customer service with a smile. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50lbs, and climbing stairs. Must have open availability.
