Job Summary
Process inbound truck deliveries by unloading cartons, separating items by department, and hanging products to ensure sales floor readiness. Execute outbound merchandise activities, including RFID tasks, sensor tag application, and product transfers to maintain inventory accuracy. Support facilities maintenance, lighting programs, and housekeeping while assisting merchandising teams with floor sets, price changes, and customer order fulfillment. Acknowledge customers during peak traffic, replenish supplies, and organize tools and excess stock to promote efficiency. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 50 lbs while adhering to safety and asset protection protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 50 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, tablet computers and Windows-based operating systems
