Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while providing personalized service and applying suggestive selling techniques to drive sales. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns professionally, and maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership of personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities by supporting store operations, including pricing, promotional sets, and product placement. Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize risk. Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while regularly moving around all store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs.
