Set and achieve sales goals by engaging customers, actively listening to their needs, and recommending additional items. Retrieve requested shoes from the stockroom and educate customers on product details while maintaining daily department tasks like merchandising, display, and ticketing. Work as a team player to fulfill customer internet orders and assist with stock room maintenance when not assisting shoppers. This fast-paced role requires physical movement including walking, standing, bending, and climbing ladders. Available to work varied days and hours, including evenings and weekends.
