Job Summary
Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce shocks. Duties include placing parts in specified relationships, sub-assembly work, packaging, and hardware kitting. Builds various shocks including IFP, Remote Reservoir, Piggyback Shock, 2.0 and 2.0 RR, CDC, 2.5 and 3.0 Bypass. Tends machines (arbor press, spring compressor, hose saw, hose crimper, manual lathe, parts washer, vise, hand tools) to perform force fitting or fastening on the assembly line. Works at different stations as production needs change and on a line where tasks vary with model movement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
