Job Summary

Coordinate vessel operations from planning arrivals to berthing and departures while accurately inputting data into systems like SEDNA, Excel, and Teams. Handle high volumes of emails and board vessels to assist with operations, requiring comfort with heights and transfers by boat within the harbour. Collaborate with international crews and stakeholders to manage confidential data and promptly rectify issues through clear communication channels. Work on a rotating shift pattern to accommodate operational requirements in Port Hedland, the world's largest bulk export port.
