Job Summary
Shipping Warehouse Operations – Day Shift role responsible for safely and efficiently managing inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring shipping/receiving activities meet safety, quality, and customer requirements. Primary duties include verifying BOLs and load requirements, inspecting trailers and packaging, securing loads, completing shipping paperwork, receiving materials, staging and organizing inventory, and maintaining a hazard-free dock. Requires forklift operation, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position is located at the Tiger-Sul Products Plant in Atmore, AL, with standard daytime hours and in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift operating experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer, data entry, and paperwork documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
