Job Summary
Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate logs of daily moves and inventory counts. Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and vendors to verify records, unload deliveries, and sort stock for shipment. Perform receiving, stocking, and stacking duties, ensuring the work area remains clean and member-ready. Comply with all safety policies and use equipment appropriately to meet quality and productivity standards. Maintain a positive attitude when engaging with drivers and providing backup support to the shipping and receiving departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or higher degree
- 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
- Scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing stock
- Receiving, stocking, and stacking
- Pulling, packing, and loading
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
