Job Summary
Shipping/Warehouse Associate responsible for locating and selecting products from warehouse shelves, verifying picked items against orders, packing for shipment with labeling and boxing, and safely operating equipment (powered narrow-aisle pickers). Must follow labeling/guidelines, maintain a clean, safe work environment, and collaborate with other departments. Requires basic math, clear English communication, ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier loads, dependable attendance, and standing for the shift in a non-climate-controlled environment. 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM) at Martin Sprocket & Gear in Kansas City, MO. Required Qualifications
- Basic math
