Job Summary
Prepare, package, and ship patient-specific medical equipment accurately and efficiently while verifying orders, inventory assignments, and shipment details. Complete order entry processes within company systems, ensure all required documentation is included, and monitor work orders to support timely delivery expectations. Coordinate equipment returns by verifying product counts and condition, maintain warehouse organization, and select appropriate shipping methods for cost-effective delivery. Maintain a clean return area and support inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment is properly prepared and documented in support of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Industry-related warehouse experience
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to learn company systems and software
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift, bend, reach, and carry materials
- Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a warehouse that is not air conditioned
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels
