Job Summary
Shipping Technician responsible for managing shipment and tracking of packages from CareKinesis fulfillment centers to residences, assisted living facilities, and PACE facilities; monitors shipments via FedEx, UPS and other couriers, coordinates with national courier Account Managers, addresses and escalates delivery challenges, ensures accuracy of shipments, analyzes delivery systems, and generates shipping reports while supporting quality initiatives and HIPAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of shipping experience
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare environment is preferred
