Job Summary
Organize, control, and manage the shipment of all finished goods from the plant. Verify orders by customer name, order number, size and weight; ensure the correct number of carriers are ready for shipment; monitor loading weights to stay within legal limits; oversee unloading and proper placement of material; inspect surface condition of the wire; perform daily forklift and overhead crane checks; maintain clean and organized work area; manage supplies and paperwork; ensure proper storage and inventory of shipping materials; follow all shipping work instructions and safety procedures; monitor carrier separation by size; ensure adequate staffing of carriers for all shifts and execute duties with a team-oriented approach. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, forklift and overhead crane experience in an industrial setting, basic computer skills, ability to read/write/speak English, and willingness to work overtime and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous experience operating forklift and overhead crane in an industrial setting

- Basic computer skills
