Shipping Supervisor

Direct shipping personnel on assigned shifts to separate and accurately ship product to destination while ensuring production orders are filled correctly according to schedule. Supervise, train, and direct staff, making adjustments to cover absenteeism and emergencies. Review documents for accuracy, maintain work area cleanliness, and ensure employee compliance with work rules and Company policies. Participate in the disciplinary action process as necessary and fulfill other duties deemed integral to the job. Requires two or more years of related experience and completion of formal management skills training.
