Shipping Supervisor

Plan and schedule inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments using knowledge of postal regulations and tariffs. Check order fulfillment possibilities based on available resources, prepare production plans, and input planning data into the integrated computer system. Monitor system accuracy for general item data, routing, BOM, and CFT data while preparing Clean to build reports and managing stock levels. Advise associates on customer request priorities, monitor KPIs, and assist SCM and Order desk within CFT. Arrange shipping details including export licenses, customs declarations, and carrier routing to ensure cost-effective product movement. Audit freight bills, negotiate claims, and investigate transportation costs. Schedule company vehicles for maintenance and ensure all drivers hold proper licenses and insurance.
