Job Summary
Supervise and schedule shipping/receiving associates and dock operators across shifts while coordinating outbound freight with LTL/FTL carriers. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation with our ERP/WMS system, and enforce safety protocols for forklift operation and dock activity. Partner with production and inventory planning to hit ship dates, resolve bottlenecks, and investigate shipping errors or damaged-freight claims. Train new team members, conduct performance check-ins, and manage attendance. Requires 2–5 years of shipping/receiving experience, forklift certification, and comfort with ERP/WMS systems. Base salary ranges from $58,000 to $65,000/year. Join a local manufacturing operation producing metal storage products in Lake City, MN.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
- 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable working in an ERP/WMS inventory system
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
