Shipping Supervisor - $60k-65k/year

Direct shipping personnel on assigned shifts to separate and accurately ship product to destination while ensuring production orders are filled correctly according to schedule. Supervise, train, and direct staff, making adjustments to cover absenteeism and emergencies. Review documents for accuracy, maintain work area cleanliness, and ensure employee compliance with work rules and policies. Participate in the disciplinary action process as necessary and complete formal management skills training.
