Shipping Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead a team of non-exempt employees in planning, organizing, and directing daily activities within the distribution center to achieve performance goals. Manage order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders while maintaining high productivity and quality. Handle hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires, ensuring employees have necessary equipment and materials. Monitor resources to adjust workload and achieve daily production targets, conducting staff meetings to verify worksheet completion. Provide ongoing training to meet productivity standards and utilize reports to resolve problems throughout the workday. This 2nd shift role runs 2pm-11pm, Monday-Friday with flexibility as needed.
