Job Summary
Process, package, and ship orders accurately while coordinating shipment error corrections through Customer Service. Pull and pack materials as volume dictates, ensuring order accuracy against documentation and preparing shipping documents if necessary. Perform general duties including outbound processing, housekeeping, stocking, safety, and maintenance, and participate in cycle counts when required. Follow cGMP procedures for all material movements and enter transactions promptly into the ERP and Rate Shopping Application. Work occasional weekends on a rotating basis in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support environment
- Prior experience with shipping application and ERP in a regulated industry
- Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office
- Must be extremely service, internal customer, and detail oriented
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Highly motivated, proactive problem solver, and a self-starter that can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Must be able to follow ergonomic lifting techniques
- Must be able to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to successfully operate a pallet jack
- Must be able to operate forklift
- Must be able to work occasional weekends on a rotating basis when required
- Must be proficient in English language to read and follow documentation, training materials and communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders

- Stand up forklift operation experience is a plus
