Shipping/RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and streamline the RMA process within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include processing and following up on open RMA orders, collaborating with production, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, and accounting to close RMAs, manually loading/unloading RMAs from pallets or other lifting devices, processing changes in the INFOR ERP system, verifying quality checks and documentation, and communicating with vendors for replacements or credits. Support purchasing activities (supplier network, quotations, order placement, delivery tracking) and identify improvements to current processes. Demonstrates hands-on warehouse experience, strong cross-functional communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Requires a valid forklift certification and 100% in-office presence in Jacksonville, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Some technical post secondary training or experience preferred
- Minimum 2+ years in Warehouse/Shipping
- Forklift experience with valid certification preferred
- Ability to travel to IEM sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
