Job Summary
Maintain an organized warehouse to promote efficiency, accuracy, and safety while operating handheld scanners and related software to ensure shipment accuracy. Assist with basic customer service needs, including processing and invoicing purchase orders, and help customers who arrive to pick up orders. Prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks independently to complete time-sensitive assignments with minimal supervision. Resolve routine departmental issues and escalations while communicating professionally and effectively with customers and team members. Operate power equipment and perform other duties as assigned by management. Requires minimum of three years of warehouse experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Stand and walk for the duration of the work shift
