Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, staging, and material movement while ensuring accurate inventory transactions and ERP updates. Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to support workflow priorities and monitor organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Assist in training staff on proper procedures and address material handling inefficiencies to reduce inventory discrepancies and errors. This full-time role requires 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 25% travel. Reports to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager with no direct reports.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5–7 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with inventory control systems and ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety and storage best practices
- Ability to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures
- Must use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company
- Travel
