Job Summary
Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments, verifying weights, quantities, and documentation while resolving discrepancies. Oversee receipt, inspection, stocking, and storage of goods, ensuring system transactions match physical movements and conducting daily cycle counts. Lead a team of staff, ensuring compliance with EHS, DOT, and safety regulations while addressing employee concerns and implementing process improvements. Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation through collaboration with customer service and production.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, logistics, and inventory management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse
- Operate forklifts, both (sit down and stand up.)
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Desired Qualifications
