Job Summary
Manage outbound shipping across all carrier types, ensuring compliance with carrier and customs requirements and conducting quality checks on orders. Account and sign for inbound shipments, report discrepancies, and assign bins using the ERP system while owning documentation review for international paperwork. Process lockbox returns within assigned turnaround times and communicate Salesforce returns accordingly. Maintain accurate, audit-ready records, identify inefficiencies, and develop standard operating procedures as needed. Operate material handling equipment with forklift certification and comply with all safety guidelines. Assist with inventory control, packing, and special projects including device pairing and testing.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- Warehouse operations experience, including return processing
- MRP/ERP experience required (NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (e.g., VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Licensed and trained to operate powered industrial equipment
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
