Job Summary
Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments for the NOC Gatlinburg Great Outpost Store, including processing FedEx, UPS, and freight deliveries. Accurately handle retail inventory and store-to-store transfers, then pack and ship ecommerce orders promptly. Maintain shipping and receiving logs for both retail locations while driving product between Bryson City, Asheville, and Gatlinburg as needed. Keep the warehouse clean and optimized for efficiency, collaborating with management on loss prevention strategies. Resolve shipment discrepancies with vendors and the buying team. This full-time, year-round role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and availability for 40-hour weeks including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Available for 40-hour workweeks and some holidays
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs safely
- Comfortable on ladders and standing for long periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs alone
- Comfortable lifting up to 150 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to navigate stairs
- Must be able to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong visual acuity

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail receiving
- Lightspeed POS experience
- Familiarity with UPS and FedEx systems
