Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Specialist role focused on accurate material flow, inventory accuracy, and documentation in a structured warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming materials, operating electric double ride forklifts, performing real-time inventory scans, applying FIFO, preparing outgoing shipments with accurate counts and documentation, cross-checking Bills of Lading, maintaining an organized warehouse, and supporting inventory organization and continuous improvement. Requires 3+ years forklift experience (manufacturing preferred), experience with shipping/receiving, barcode scanner usage, attention to detail, reliability, and forklift certification (or ability to obtain). The position targets a stable, Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule with competitive pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
