Job Summary
Conduct initial inspections of aircraft wheels and brakes, then input customer requests and maintain traceability into the ASI internal work order system. Unload and load trucks with a forklift, box and ship customer orders, and ensure all paperwork is in order prior to shipping. Strictly adhere to regulatory guidance, technical data, and manufacturer manuals while maintaining responsible equipment and facilities. Requires forklift operation, UPS Worldship, and FedEx Powership knowledge. Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly. Shop hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm with flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English
- Mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to pass a nine-panel pre-employment drug screen and alcohol breath test
- Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted
Desired Qualifications
- Previous aircraft maintenance experience
