Job Summary
Load trucks, unload trucks, and stage heavy steel industrial automotive lifts in a fast-paced production environment. Operate a forklift and power industrial equipment daily while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to strict safety guidelines. Lift up to 50 lbs and wear required personal protective equipment including steel-toe shoes and hi-vis vests. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm with attendance incentives, overtime, and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Warehouse experience
- Great attendance record
- Must wear steel toes shoes
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter
- Able to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
- Must be able to work as a team player
- Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable)
- Must adhere to safety guidelines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
