Job Summary
Load trucks, unload trucks, and stage heavy steel industrial automotive lifts in a fast-paced production environment. Operate a forklift and power industrial equipment safely throughout the day while adhering to strict safety guidelines and 6S standards. Lift up to 50 lbs and wear required personal protective equipment including steel-toe shoes and hi-vis vests. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm, with potential overtime and Saturday shifts as needed. Maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate calm effectiveness when handling stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Warehouse experience
- Great attendance record
- Must wear steel toes shoes
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and effective manner
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges and be a self starter
- Able to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours
- Must be able to work as a team player
- Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable)
- Must adhere to safety guidelines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Ability to operate a forklift
- Must be able to operate in a safe and efficient manner and maintain a safe work environment at all times
- Ability to operate Power Industrial Equipment all day, every day
- Ability to work with heavy steel industrial equipment
