Shipping/Receiving & Safety and Security Officer

Conduct rounds checking for safety hazards, lights, and door locks while monitoring CCTV and responding to security alarms. Open secured areas for authorized personnel, check IDs, and challenge suspicious persons. Assist guests with room access, deliveries, and lost-and-found items. Investigate room thefts, auto accidents, and assault complaints by partnering with leadership to write incident reports. Administer first aid, CPR, and Heimlich maneuvers during medical emergencies. Maintain visual contact with the Front Desk, answer phones, and hold shift briefings with Guest Services staff.
