Job Summary
Kit product components, maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, and lumber, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes. Execute work orders from VSA, VSL, or VSM supervisors while following shop orders, blueprints, and safety guidelines. Use basic hand tools, read tape measures, and ensure clean work areas in assigned spaces. Continuously lift up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, and work in loud environments with moving mechanical parts. Act in accordance with TCF Core Values and report safety concerns immediately.

- Must be able to maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
- Must be able to understand and execute work orders provided by VSA's, VSL's or VSM's
- Must be able to work in a Manufacturing Environment (preferred)
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and read tape measure
- Must understand SQDE Metrics, LDMS, Issue boards, 5S
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
