Shipping & Receiving, Manager

Oversee all Receiving Department operations, including sample logistics, waste management, and verifying incoming materials. Manage the sample retention warehouse, ensure hazardous and universal waste compliance with TCEQ regulations, and coordinate vendor pickups for disposal. Supervise staff by hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance while conducting monthly meetings to address policies and development. Maintain facility security systems, access badges, and fleet trucks, ensuring all equipment calibrations and safety protocols are current. Track annual waste totals, approve timecards, and manage inventory for the receiving department.
