Job Summary
Manages all warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehousing to ensure safety, accuracy, on-time delivery, and achievement of performance metrics; primarily 1st shift with possible business-needed flexibility. Responsibilities include directing shipping/receiving, inspecting materials, reconciling notices and bills of materials, managing dock traffic, cycle counts and physical inventory, coordinating with stakeholders to meet on-time delivery, and supporting continuous improvement with cross-functional teams; provides staffing, training, and performance guidance for salaried and hourly teams, and maintains knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes to optimize material flow and costs.
