Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in shipping/receiving, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Proven ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, with valid certification

- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Experience with common shipping software and carrier portals (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience applying Lean principles to improve warehouse efficiency
- Forklift trainer certification or experience training and certifying team members on material handling equipment
