Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator I — 1st Shift in Downers Grove, IL. Receive, verify, route, pick and stock product orders; perform ERP/WMS transactions; conduct daily cycle counts; handle materials and packaging; verify bills of lading and invoices; operate MHE (forklifts, hoists, conveyors); maintain accurate records and communicate with team. Requires high school diploma or GED (preferred) and 1+ year experience; must be able to lift 35–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ERP/WMS and MS Office is desirable; FedEx/UPS/DHL experience a plus. U.S. Person restrictions may apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of experience in position or specialization
- Ability to operate trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyers, overhead crane or other handling equipment
- Experience using ERP or WMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience in cycle counting and inventory control
- Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs
